Launch of New April 2033 Treasury Bond

The AOFM announces the issue by syndication of a new 4.5% 21 April 2033 Treasury Bond.  The initial issue is expected to be of a benchmark size.

Initial price guidance for the issue is a spread of 70.5 to 75.5 basis points to the implied bid yield for the primary ten-year Treasury Bond futures contract.

The issue is expected to be priced on Tuesday, 19 November 2013.

ANZ, Citi and UBS AG Australia will act as Joint-Lead Managers for the issue.  Deutsche Bank AG, JP Morgan Australia Limited and Westpac Institutional Bank will act as Co-Managers.

There will be no further issuance of this Treasury Bond prior to April 2014.  The AOFM will be mindful of the performance of the bond when considering the timing of issuance from then.
